Lets hope a third time dose not come!

I didn't have to work this weekend so I spent 90% of my time in doors. The weather was just to cold and the roads were horrible. There was just not time to ease into this cold weather it was just thrown on us like a water balloon falling from a balcony. I know that sounds silly but it was the only thing I could think of.

This cold weather has payed a toll on me already and not just because it is cold outside. On Sunday my roommate and I were on our way to church as usual when she turned a corner to fast and spun around and then landed in a snowbank on the side of the road. A very nice gentleman jumped out to help us but we couldn't get the car out and he decided to go get some chains from home to help get us out. Well while he was gone some nice gentlemen from my church drove by and imminently stopped by to help us and right away we were pulled out of the snow bank. We were very lucky as there was no damage to the car or to our selves.

On Sunday night I went to start my car because it hadn't been on all weekend. Well I took off the automatic key lock thing so that I could leave it running locked. Well when I went to try to unlock it, it wouldn't work. I had no idea where my second set of keys were and I got very frustrated. My roommate and I tried everything we could think of to get that car open and nothing worked. I finally gave up and called the lock smith. He was not able to come because he was so busy, so I called AMA. They took an hour to get there because they were so busy. When the guy finally came to save me he said that my car was the third one that night that locked there keys in there car.

Monday morning I went to work as usual. Well I thought my automatic key lock was broken because it didn't work the night before so I took my door key off and put it on a different key chain so that I wouldn't be able to lock my keys in my car again. I park my car at work and lock it to look inside and realize that the key chain with my car door key was in the car. So not only once did I lock my keys in my car but tow times. I immediately call the locksmith again to come and save me. I did not learn my lesson. For the rest of the day I was able to not lock my keys in my car and hope to never do it again.

My Deer roommate is off the the warm destination of Florida. Her swim team will be there till after new years. I already feel a little lonely. I am sure I will get through it. I will miss her dearly.

I hope your winter season is going better then mine!!!

Crazy, Crazy, Crazy!

This week has been a very long, crazy but good week. Snow has truly graced our presence with a foot or two on the ground. The snow is great for moisture but as you have probable herd from me before I could easily live with out it.

Monday started with a crazy day of a lot of people in a bad mood which rubbed off on me. The end of Monday made it all worth while when my roommate and I attended the wonderful showing of Lord of the dance. This was my great privilege of seeing them live for a second time. They were even better the second time. The dancing was incredible, the music made your seat rumble, and the inspiration that you left with would inspire anyone to become a dancer. My roommate and I tried a few moves in our driveway after the show and I didn't even come close to spectacular stile of dancing I had seen. For a persons feet to move that fast is one amazing sight.

On Tuesday I helped a friend what her next step in life was going to be. One thing I told her was that you will never know how life is going to turn out, but if you take it one day at a time that is all you can do. Some advice that I should probably listen to. life is not suppose to be easy but for some people it is just harder.

On to a happier note, Wednesday and Thursday just flew by with full days of work. Friday was a busy day indeed. There was a full day of work with a client Christmas party to end off with. Every year I volunteer to help out with my clients Christmas party. I feel its the one time of the year I can truly give something to them. It was full of great food and entertainment.

This weekend will be a very relaxing one filled with things I fell like doing not things I have to do. That's the best kind of you ask me. I wish everyone a great weekend!

Who dosen't like Friday!

Hello everyone, this is my third blog this week, aren't you proud of me! I am so glad that it is Friday. Friday means that there is only one more day till the weekend which is always a happy feeling.

I had a hard time getting out of bed this morning. My roommate and I decided to venture out to a late showing of Twilight. Oh my gosh, I know that I talk a lot about shows and movies that I see, but this movie is a must see. I am not a fan of vampires but the story line for this movie and book, I should say is incredible. The main character falls in love with a vampire. The vampire dose everything in his power to protect her. There is comedy in it which also makes it entertaining as well as a good looking guy. Could you ask for anything more! I truly can't wait for the next movie to come out.

For the first time in a long time, I have the privilege of having the weekend off from work. I really don't even know what to do with my self. I have decided to just go with the flow. There is nothing truly better then being able to sleep in and believe me when I say that is the number one thing on my list for tomorrow.

I went for a short visit to my brothers house tonight to hang out with my nephews! They grow up so fast. They all have so much energy. Oh what I would not do to be a kid again. Being a kid is good for not having a lot of responsibility and being able to play. I just would rather be an adult. I am sure some of you out there would disagree with me.

I wish everyone a happy weekend! Don't get caught doing something I wouldn't do! Ha Ha!

Baby it's cold outside!

Today was an extremely cold day. I was driving around all day long with my client and had a hard time getting in and out of my car. You have to wait for the car to heat up and by the time it dose it is time to get out of the car. I know it could be way worse. I should be grateful, but I just don't like winter.

Well this particular Wednesday I spent all day with the same client which is a little unusually. I didn't mind because she is my favorite. Shh I know I shouldn't have favorites, but I just can't help it. We did a lot of things today. We were able to go to the movie mill in the afternoon. There was nothing much new there because we go every week so we decided on Beverly hills Chawawa. This was not a good a movie as people had told me it was. I just don't have a love of movies where animals talk. I think they should leave that to people. The story line was very predictable and the acting was not very good. So if you ever think of seeing this movie, I would think twice.

On the news yesterday they were talking about how Walmart is open 24 hours for the Christmas season. Now I am sure this is good for people who work shift work or who have no time in there busy life to go then in the wee hours of the morning, but just can't help but feel sorry for the workers. They are the ones who have to put up with crazy shoppers not just for 12 hours but 24 hours. They deserve an award. I know I sound like I am a Scrooge. I am not a fan of Christmas.

On to a happier note, I am very excited to have a few days off for Christmas!! Because Christmas lands on a Thursday, I get four days off! I am almost done my Christmas shopping, I only have one more person to by for.

I wish everyone the best! Stay inside where it is warm!

Fights or no Fights!

Wow I cannot believe that it had been since October 26Th since I have written my last blog. I can't believe that the months have just flown by. It really is December and I am just not ready for Christmas. I really just don't want the year to end.

That last time I wrote I was trying to recover from my wisdom teeth surgery. Well it took a while and I am finally almost healed. I am very glad that I only have to do that once in my life.

The other thing that I wrote about last time was my life changing diet. I have been on my diet now for exactly one month now and I feel like I am doing pretty good. I have officially lost three pounds and I am feeling a lot better about my body. I must admit I am already noticing a lot of changes this diet is making with my life. It is not easy to always eat healthy and I have a lot of cravings. Don't tell my roommate but I have cheated twice. The good thing is I have not had any fast food in one month. Yeah shout for joy!!!

On Friday night I went to a lethbridge hurricanes game. The game was really good and the hurricanes one, which is awesome. The only thing was in the third period with twelve minutes to go both teams decided to fight and not just one player from each team but five players from each team decided to fight each other. So there was five players from each team in the penalty box. Now everyone that I went with enjoys the fights at the hockey games and I think that I am the only one who will say this but I don't really enjoy them. I enjoy everything else about the game. I know I am crazy.

Well that's pretty much it for now. Life is crazy but when is life not crazy! I wish everyone well.

.There is nothing better then family and friends.

I know that I have not written in a while and I apologize. Life has had no slow moments. When ever I am glad that I don't have a lot going, the next thing I know life gets way to busy.

In the last month I have had four different doctors appointments. Each one very different. I have to say that I am so impressed with the nurses that work at the hospital. I have never been a fan of hospitals, however the way the nurses were to me has restored my faith. There is defiantly a reason why some people are nurses. My last doctors appointment with my doctor was very eye opening. I was told that I have to much fat around my liver and that I need to loose 15 pounds by February. I think that this can be done I just have to change my eating habits and do a lot more exercise. The good thing is that nobody will recognize me when I loose 15 pounds!

On Thursday I had the fortunate pleasure of getting my wisdom teeth out. This is one of the most painful things I have ever done. It has been four days now and I am still in a lot of pain. If any one ever asks me if they should get them out I say to them don't do it. The thing that I have learned from this is do not be afraid to ask for help. I would like to thank all of those people who have helped me in more ways then one.

With all of these things that have gone on in my life recently I am so grateful for family and friends, I don't know what I would do with out them. Remember that if anyone needs anything I will be there for you!

Talk you soon!

The best holiday Ever!!!

I was very grateful to have a long weekend this weekend. Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday out of all of them. It's the one holiday which has the best food and the one holiday that makes the most sense to celebrate. You also get to spend time with your family. When I found out that I would have to work most of the weekend and would not be able to go home I wasn't sure what I was going to do. I thought of making my own turkey dinner on Sunday but just make a really small one. When I woke up Sunday morning and couldn't move with out being in pain that plan flew out the window. I was however able to get in a lot of rest that day. I decided I would make a turkey dinner maybe this weekend coming up, but we will see. I say there is always next year as well.

On Sunday I ventured out to one on my nephews birthday parties. I have never been a fan of birthday parties. To much show and not enough fun. This however went very well with wonderful food, and games that all ages could play.

For those of you who are in to new t.v shows as i am, I suggest you try watching Dragons Den. I found it very interesting the things that people come up with for inventions and how some of them think they can make money off of them in today's world. I watched for the first time last night and I found it very intriguing!

Today was nothing out of the ordinary. I did however go and vote. I wasn't quite sure who I was going to vote for, but with a lot of discussion with my co-workers they helped me decide who I thought would be a good choice. The sad thing is that I am more interested in the American election then the Canadian one. However I still support Canada.

I hope everyone is enjoying your Tuesday!

Weddings are just wonderful!

My weekend started off with my roommates weeding. We traveled to the wonderful town of Cardston Alberta. I did as much as I could to help and then took my post at the guestbook table. Now I told my roommate that I would do anything to help and I didn't mind a bit, if anything it made the night go by a lot faster. Now I have been to my fair shares of weddings and I have never really liked them but I think a calling reception might be the way to go. The people came in grabbed some food and then left. All we had to do was clean up after. There wasn't a whole lot to worry about. I also got to have the great privilege of meeting to wonderful ladies. I only hope I have there energy when I am there age. I am very happy for my roommate to take the next step in her life.

The rest of the weekend I watched conference. It was all really good but I must say my favorite prophet Joesph B Wirthlin was the best speaker hands down. Now I am not saying this is a competition but if not for his charm his message was great to. I was also able to get in a much needed walk.

Today was my first day back to work after my two week holiday. I was not very excited at first buy quickly got back into my routine that I had before. It was good for a break and I recommend it to everyone.

Take care Mary

Holidays are never long enough!

My holidays are almost over and I can't believe it. Two weeks was just not long enough! I don't have any spectacular stories to tell from my holidays but I had fun none the less.

The trip to grand prairie seemed way longer then I remember it. I had a hard time sitting in a car for that long, but once we got there it was all worth it. While in Grand prairie I was able to spend a lot of time holding my new nephew, and help my dad put a wall together for the very first time. Some how I managed to get lost 3 times while driving with various people. Grand Prairie is not that big so I am not sure exactly how this happened. I was also able to eat the best meals I have had in a long time. Of course I did some shopping but as I am not to fond of the whole shopping thing I only bought one thing. So in a nut shell this was my Grand prairie adventure.

While I have been on holidays I have been able to catch up with a lot of friends. I was able to go to cold Lake for a day. My old stomping grounds. I almost didn't recognize the place because I had not been there in 4 or 5 years. My friends told me that I look the same as the last time they had seen me. I am not sure this is a good thing or a bad thing. While back in Lethbridge I have also been able to get together with a lot of friends I had not seen in a while, who thought I had left the planet. It felt good to get caught up with all the major events that had happened in there lives.

Yesterday my roommate moved all of her stuff out of our house. She has decided to enter into her new life of marriage. She was having a hard time saying goodbye, but I assured her that we will still get together. I will never forget the kind of friend she was to me.

This holiday was a great one and you better believe that I will be taking more of them!

It's Finally here!

This week felt like it was never going to end. There were so many things going on at work and in my life. I kept hoping that Friday would come but it took for ever. I am sorry I sound a little angry and I really am not. I just couldn't wait for the weekend because I am going on a holiday for the first time in 4 years. Yes you heard it right. A real holiday for two whole weeks. I am not working either one of my jobs. I am not going anywhere spectacular but the city of Grand Prairie. I am just excited to have time to relax and get caught up with my sleep.

The other exciting news is that my sister in law just had her first baby boy. Benson is his name. I now am the proud aunt of five nephews. I think the Easthope men are just suppose to have boys I guess. I am going to go visit my new nephew on my holidays. Nothing better then seeing a new baby. When they are newborns they are so easy to look after. Its when the get older that they start being a little harder to manage. Shh don't tell anyone that I said that they might think that I don't want any kids.

On Thursday night I threw a bridal shower for my roommate that is getting married. Now I have done many bridal showers before, but this was one of the easiest ones I have ever had to do. Tara didn't want one and when her mom asked me if I would do one I gladly excepted. I had to keep it a secret from her for a couple of weeks and I can't believe that I pulled it off. She had no clue. If she had found out she would have not wanted to go through with it. I kept it very simple with a few family members and friends. I only played one game that was very easy that everyone would like and had food and presents of course. Oh ya and decorations of course. Everyone had a good time and it went very smoothly. My roommate surprised her self because she has said to me several times now how grateful she was for what I had done and how much fun she had. Now I am not trying to brag really but I am so grateful to all the people that helped me pull off this wonderful event.

I know that some of you that will read this are not a fan of this show, but I have to say something about it. I have been watching the show One Tree Hill. It just keeps getting better and better. Somehow they manage to let someone be happy for a few minutes and then they have something bad happen to them which they spend the rest of the episode working out and then end the episode happy again. It's not just that its the peoples lives that are portrayed so well and how the affect you in so many ways. I know I sound a little crazy but I think that everyone should watch this show.

I am getting use to there being three of us living in our basement suit, however when I come back one of them will be moving out. She has been a great support and friend in my life and wish her all the love and happiness.

Well I think I have talked way to long. I will tell you all about my holidays when I get back.

Holding on for Dear Life

well we are almost half way into September and I am secretly waiting for summer to start over again. I know I am in love with that season. There is just nothing better then a hot summer day. I know I should just deal with the change of the season but I am going to hold on to the summer as long as I can.

This weekend I had the great privilege of attending my oldest Nephew's baptism. What a wonderful experience to see someone take on a whole new set of responsibilities. Embarrassing story of that day, my sister-in-Law asked me to sing a song for the baptism. I gladly excepted. When I was about to start I forgot the words and had to start all over again. What an embarrassing thing do do in front of a crowd of people. The baptism was in the morning and so I had the rest of the Saturday to hang out with my family. We were able to have a really good time doing various things and having really good conversations. Are family dose not get together very often so it was a good time had by all.

My crazy life is still happening every day. I am still working like way to much, but enjoying the amount I am learning every day from mt two jobs.

I hope you all are living life to the fullest!

Love Mary

There is nothing good about the weekend being over!

Well its Monday again and I can't wait for the weekend. The weekends are just never long enough and before you know it you have to go back to work.

This weekend I made a spur of the moment decision and went home to visit my parents. I had the weekend off and the fact that it was a long weekend was a great opportunity to to go home. So Friday after work I drove up to good old Elk Point. I hadn't been there since Christmas and it didn't shock me much to see that the town was pretty much the same as the last time I was there.

Saturday my parents and I went to the St. Paul rodeo. This is a town 30 min from Elk Point. It was just an amateur rodeo, but it was very well done. It lasted for three hours. Which is a long time but I really enjoyed it.

It is just crazy lately how addicted I am to the show big brother. On Sunday I couldn't keep my eyes away from the screen as I was cheering for who I wanted to win the head of house hold competition. It is not a very good show but I can't stop watching it. The people all hate each other and are constantly stabbing each other behind there backs. What attracts someone to this kind of show I don't know.

Today I came home and my second room ate moved in. It will be a little crazy for a while until my other roommate gets married next month.

Well that's all from my crazy life!

The joys of Camping!

Well this Monday was no different then any other then the fact that I did not want to get out of bed this morning. There was a relization that the weekend was over and it just was not long enough.

This weekend was quite exciting. I went camping for the second time this summer. This time my friends and I ventured out to Writing on Stone. There is a beautiful campground there. Writing on Stone is right beside the milk river. On Saturday we went toobing down the river. This was a little scary to me as I had not done this since I was a little girl. My friends were kind of laughing at me as I was making funny noises. But i got braver the longer I was on the river. It ended up being a very fun trip. My friends did a lot of reading this weekend while I played card games and went for a walk. Overall it was a wonderfull weekend full of good food a lots of relaxzation.

Today was a good day as well as there was a few new clients and not enough staff. The joy of my field of never having enough staff. Never the less the day went really well.

I look forward to what fun and exciting things this week will bring.

Defiantly A Monday!

I woke up today at 8:30 and had realized that my alarm had not gone off. I was a little worried since I was suppose to be at work at 8:30. I quickly got ready and made it to work at 8:45. Do not ask me how I did that because I still don't know. This was not a good start to my week. It defiantly felt like a Monday.

Well In the morning at work I was assigned to help out with the float that was going to go into the parade. I did not have a clue what was to be done or how. This is defiantly Peak stile when nobody else new what was going on either. So I took charge and somehow I was able to get everything done. It is kind of a weird looking float but it works. I looked across the road from work and the kayak place had a wonderful float with moving objects on it. I felt a little embarrassed for our float. Its a good thing that we are in Lethbridge and not Calgary. I am still proud of my clients for working hard on our float. If they like it I do to!

In the afternoon I got to waste time with clients getting a doughnut and a Slurpee. I was also able to get me car washed. Kind of a slack afternoon. I deserved it after my busy morning.

The weekend was quite wonderful. On Saturday I was able to spend most of the day at Park lake laying on the water! It was so relaxing. Then that night my friends and I had a bonfire which is always wonderful. Sunday I had a three hour nap which never happens and then spent the evening watching the Olympics. Great weekend for relaxing because I didn't have to work!

I am so excited just like Denise about the medals that Canada has got in the last couple of days. The Olympics just keep getting better and better. I have nothing to complain about. Ya hoo!!!

Well that is it for me today. Don't work to hard and enjoy the hot weather!!!

Be Aware of the Basball!

Hello all, I am back from the dead! Just kidding. Well Today is Thursday and I can't wait till the weekend because I don't have to work. This dose not happen very often these days. I have been doing fifteen hour days lately. I don't recommend this for any one.

Well today was a little different for my agency had a baseball game for all the individuals and staff. We do this every day but this year was a little bit crazy. We managed to have three people get hurt. All three people recovered quite well. I wish they would make a softball that was soft on the inside so that it wouldn't hurt so bad when you got hit by it. By the way I was one of the people that got hit by the ball. I took it like a man!!! That's what you get for being the pitcher. I loved it, it was a lot of fun!

Well the Olympics are quite wonderful. I have especially loved the gymnastics. The Chinese women and men are just outstanding this year. I have always loved the American gymnasts ever since I was a little girl. This year however they just didn't compare to the power and consistency of the Chinese. We Canadians have yet to win a medal. Never less the Olympics are just wonderful. China did a wonderful job with all of there facilities. The are all incredible! Especially for the rafting wow Its very beautiful!

The weekend is almost upon me and I don't know what will be doing. I guess I will just wait for what surprises will come my way.

Love you ALL!

There is nothing better then Summer!

Well we are all ready into August and I can't believe it. I don't like to think of August being over because it means that summer is almost over. I love summer! There is nothing better then the hot sun and various activities that make me so happy. I can't lie tennis is on the top of the list!

Another thing that has got me so excited is the upcoming Olympics. The opening ceremonies starts in a few days and I can't wait. I love both the summer and winter Olympics and there is not one sport that I don't like to watch. I think our country has great athletes. There is nothing better then watching countries from all over the world compete against each other.

This long weekend was very enjoyable. I didn't do to many things but hang out with family and watch a lot of movies. It is always hard after a long weekend to go back to work. Today felt like it should already be Friday. That is not a good start to my week.

Other then that there is not much new with me! Same old things! My thoughts and Prayers are with my sister in Law and her family.

So Long for now!

I can never get enough of Boccie Ball!

I know I haven't written in a long time, but I have some good reasons for that. I don't have very good excuses. One reason is that I have been working a lot of 14 to 15 hour days, and when I get home I don't feel like doing to much of anything. Tonight I happened to have the night off which doesn't come by very often these days. Another reason that I don't' write very often is because I feel like I don't have much to say. That's not a very good excuse because every time I decide to write the words just seem to come out. So I don't know whats going to come out but here it goes!

This weekend was a family weekend which in my opinion was not long enough. All but one brother came to lethbridge for the weekend. The two filled days went by so fast that it didn't even seem like they actually happened. There were many games of boccie ball, which I did pretty good at I might add. Lots of food, which you can never go wrong with and memories that will last forever. There was even a crying moment which is odd for my family, because we are not a crying family. None the less It was a great weekend had by all.

Today was defiantly a Monday when I woke up with a headache. I then showed up to work to find out that four people called in sick. This means that all the staff would have more then on client with them for that day. Nothing out of the ordinary happened for that day, I was just yawning a lot and having a hard time staying focused on what was going on. Near the end off the work day I took my clients to get a Slurpee which gave me this crazy sugar rush. I think I scared my co-workers. Before I new it the sugar rush had worn off and I was back to being tired again. The day ended off really nicely with a walk a round the lake with my roommate and an ice cream cone.

Well that's it for today! I promise to grace you all with my presence more often.

Happier then ever!!!

Well its the middle of the week and I am happier then ever. I don't know if its the fact that Wednesday means that its closer to the weekend or if its because I am in love with the weather and can't wait till it gets hotter. Either way I am glad that something is making me smile!

Its official, I have bought a sleeping bag. I have decided that I am going camping this weekend. I don't know yet if it will be in an actual campground or just in someones back yard. I am very excited for I haven't been camping in a long time. I don't even remember what to take. I am sure that it will all come back to me once I go. If I don't return to work on Monday don't worry I have only perished. Just kidding!

Work was really good today. All of my clients were in a good mood and very willing to do things. I think that they are very happy with the sun as well. At the end on the day one of my co workers and I were talking about his wife that is pregnant. We were trying to guess when she was going to have her baby. I then said to him that we should do a baby pool. So I went and got all of my co workers involved and the pool is just over twenty dollars. For a dollar for each day you pick, I think thats a pretty good deal. She is due on the 21st but I picked the the 24Th of June. Go Mary!!!

Well I have the night off and there is a lot of things that I could be doing but I just don't have any energy. I am very happy just to sit at home and relax. Its a nice brake from my crazy life where I don't usually get to spend much time at home.
Well that's it from me for now. I hope you all are having a wonderful day like I am!
P.S. Tennis Rocks!

Better late then never!

I haven't forgot that I have a blog, I just put it on hold for a while. Its like a book that you started reading but put away, and just now had time to start reading again.

I am now living in a new place with a new roommate. This was a huge change for me as I am living on a different part of the city.I went from living with people below me who listen to really loud music and a cat that liked to scare me and the smell of smoke to a little girl who cries a lot and a few little critters. I think I get the better deal. It is really fun having only one roommate and being able to understand each other really well.

I am in a new young adult ward which is a Major change for me. It is really hard for me to get to know people. There have been a lot of people who have come up to me and said hi which has been really nice. It has been really nice not having a calling. As I listened to a Sunday school teacher struggle on Sunday it made me glad that I had to not do that calling anymore. I learned a lot from that calling which I will always remember.

Well I haven't had to work to many nights lately which has been a nice brake. It has also been nice to have the last three weekends off which doesn't happen very often. The people on the west side that I work for just got a hot tub which I can use at any time which will be so nice.

The weekend went by really fast as it all ways dose. I however got caught on some much needed sleep. I got to hang out with my family which is always a good thing. Yesterday I got to catch up with some old friends. So even though i didn't do anything to spectacular I was able to do some memorable things that will stay with me.
So that was a little update on me and don't worry this is not the last that you will hear from me.

Not to busy to play sports!

Well I have been so busy lately that I have barley had time to think. The days have been packed with work and not much of anything else. Some how I have been able to squeeze in some time doing some fun things.

Last weekend was one of the best weekends I have had in a long time. Friday night I got to play tennis with a friend. Best game ever! I was really rough because I had not played since last summer, but it felt really good to get out there and play. The next day I was sore all over so I must have done something right. We also watched a really old and crazy movie which I can't remember the name of. Never count on me to remember things.

Saturday night I was able to go have some really good food at Osho's which is a restaurant that is famous for their sushi. I got brave and tried a little bit of sushi which was not to bad but I don't know how much I would be able to eat at one time. After eating my friends and I headed over to the bowling alley. I had not bowled in quite a long time. The price had gone up but the bowling was just as fun as I remembered it. There is nothing better then looking funny in those shoes that they make you wear.

Sunday night I attended a wonderful picnic which had the most delicious potato salad. If people only knew how good it was they would come from miles away just to have some. When we were done eating we played the longest and the best game called bocce ball. We played till it was to dark to play any more. I could play it for hours and never get sick of it. Call me crazy!

This week has been crazy busy with working ten hour days. I can't believe I am still able to function. I have been doing a lot of paper work for my clients which never seems to stop. Sometimes it seems like the world dose not want you to ever catch up. To the world I say, I will win!

Last night I was able to go play volleyball. The funniest thing happened to me. I had recently bought a new pair of pants. They of course were to long and I had not had a chance to get them hemmed yet. Well they kept getting in the way and I eventually slipped and fell because of them. So I decided to stick them in my socks. I have to admit that this was one of the funniest things I have ever done. The good thing is that it distracted the other team from playing good.

The weekend has arrived and I am looking forward to fun and exciting things that come my way!

To leave without feeling guilty!

Well there is not much new in my life so I have not written in a long time. I feel like I get up every day and do the same old thing. This week how ever I have not had to work my second job every night. This has made me very happy to feel like I can do what ever I feel like instead of spending the night at work. I have been really good by making my self dinner every night so far. This is not always the case depending on what time I start work at, for it dose not always leave time to eat before work.
Last night I was able to go see my brother and his family. I have not seen them in a really long time and it was good to be able to see that they were still alive. I played with each one of my nephews and have now remembered what such simple things will amuse them. My Nephews have every toy that you can imagine and we spent most of our time playing with cushions from the couch and making them into a slide and forts and things. I was also able to watch the Oilers game with my brother. They did not win and so they will probably not make the playoffs. Yes I am a huge spots fan and I will not hide the fact that this is my favorite thing to spend my time on. Sports Rule!!!I was very glad to be able to go home at the end of the night and not have to deal with these very hipper boys who were not in bed yet at 9:30pm. I keep telling my self what kind of mother I will be after what other parents remind me what I don't want to do with my children. It will probably surprise me when I do actually get children and how it might not be as easy as I think.
Speaking of children my sister in law that lives in Grand Prairie phoned me last night and told me that she is pregnant. I still don't know if this was a prank or if it is real. When she got engaged they tried to hide it from everyone until after a couple of weeks after they were engaged. When she had bought a dog and did not want to tell any one till after they had it in there house for a month. We will just have to wait and see in a couple of months when she says that she is due. I hope when she shows us pictures of there child that it is really theirs and not some random picture.
This week I told my roommates that I will be moving out. I have toiled about this idea for two months now and have finally decided that it is time for a change. I hate change so we will see how this goes. I will miss my roommates dearly they have been a huge part in my life that will never be re paced.
As change is happening in my life I encourage everyone out there to bring something into there lives. You will be surprised as to what it will bring you!

Just Run don't question it

Well My weekend was busy, busy, busy. I wish that weekends were three days instead of two, that way I could do more things with all my men ha ha!It never seems like there is enough time to finish all that you have to do with the two days that you are given.

I spent my Saturday cleaning my room, car, and house. This tired me out so much that I had to have a rest before getting ready for my Saturday night activity.

On Saturday night I went to a Mexican Fiesta. This was all new to me as I had never been to an event such as this. They start you off with a three course meal. They had a salad and then rice and fajitas. For desert we had a flan. I wasn't so thrilled about the flan. To me it was really mushy. While we were eating there was a great variety of Mexican music. I couldn't help from moving and grooving to the music. If my Roommate Denise was there she would probably give me a weird stare because she dose not have the love for dancing as much as I do. After dinner they had a silent auction, which I won a Quesa dea maker. I was very excited to be able to maybe have my own Mexican Fiesta. At this wonderful event there was also a very good looking guy, who dressed just the way I like it. He was wearing a nice pair of Jeans with a button up stripped shirt with a sweater over top of that. Every guy should take notes. This guy made my night.

Sunday I had to work. The kids were really hipper and not wanting to listen. I felt bad because they were confined to the house which doesn't always keep them occupied for four hours.

Today I had the privilege of spending the whole day with the same client. My client and I did a little bit of everything. We basically went around the whole city doing a variety of things. Near the end of the day we had to do a fire drill in the basement suit that we spend most of our time in. We found out that the windows are all nailed shut. This defiantly is a very bad thing. If you hear someone yelling really loud, just run don't question it. That's pretty much it for now!

The windy day

Hello every buddy! I don't know about you but I got blown away a few times today.
Well Today was an alright day. There are a lot of staff away this week at a conference, so we were short staffed. I went riding with my client this morning which can sometimes makes me dizzy with all of the circles that we go in. I am not an expert but you would think that you could do a lot more things on horses then go in circles. You can walk over things go around barrels etc. I think that I should be in charge. I know that I would make it a lot more exciting. I would at least give my clients something to keep there mind busy instead of making them dizzy.
In the afternoon I took some clients to the YWCA to play some games. This time we were lucky because we left with out any injuries.
Today after work I had to get my vaccination for the Mumps. About a week ago one of the staff at work got the mumps and now everyone needs to take precautions. The nurse that gave the vaccination said that it will hurt a little bit after she gives it. Well I don't know if I am a baby but it really hurts. My whole arm is in a lot of pain. The nurse said that I could have side affects up to three weeks after you get your shot. This seems like a long time to me. Well the good thing is that I can't give the mumps to any one now. So rest assured everyone!
Today I bought the best movie of all time. It is called Dan in Real Life. This movie will make you laugh, cry and make you feel good for days after watching it. My Roommate Denise would agree with me. She has already watched it about four or five times. I will be watching it when I get off work today.
Well that's pretty much it. I hope your day was not as windy as mine!

I am now toilet trained!

Hello everybody this is my very first blog so bear with me. My roommates keep telling me that I should try to write a blog. I told them that I am not a very good writer. They said that doesn't matter. So I will try it for a while and see how it goes.
I have had a very busy week working hard as usual. On Friday I attended a conference on how to toilet people with disabilities. This was a really funny conference to attend. The lady was very forward and told everyone that her program is 100% successful. I feel like I can toilet any one now. I hope that comment doesn't scare anyone.
On Friday night I attended a dace for young adults. This is usually a very fun activity, but as soon as I entered the gym I felt like I was to old to be there. When I started dancing they played the goofy song and then the space jam song. The music was horrible and I then was convinced that I needed to leave. I went home and spent the rest of my night watching t.v.
Saturday I got to spend most of the day with a good friend and get caught up on each others lives.
Sunday I went to church which is always exciting and the I had to go to work.
It was a very busy week but a good one. I hope you enjoyed a little bit of insight into my life.
